ClickCapital operates the website at clickcapital.com.au and provides finance broking and lender-matching services to Australian businesses. We act as an intermediary that introduces you to third-party lenders and funders; we are not a lender and do not provide credit ourselves.

• Business information — business name, ABN/ACN, business structure, industry, time trading, turnover and other details about your business.

• Financial & transactional information — where you choose to provide it, bank statement data, accounting data and information needed to assess or arrange finance.
• Technical & usage information — your IP address, approximate location, device and browser type, the pages you view, and the marketing source (including referral URLs and campaign “UTM” parameters) that brought you to our site.

We generally do not collect sensitive information. If we ever need to (for example, to assess an application), we will only do so with your consent or where permitted by law.

• use our ABN/business-name lookup, which queries the Australian Business Register;

6. Bank statement data & open banking

To help fast-track an application, you may choose to securely share your business bank statement data through our trusted partner illion Open Data Solutions (bankstatements.com.au). This access is read-only, your banking log-in credentials are entered directly with the data provider and are never seen or stored by ClickCapital, and the data is used only to help verify your turnover and arrange finance. Connecting your bank data is always optional.

7. Marketing communications

We may send you information about our products, services and offers that may be of interest. You can opt out of marketing at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us. We will still need to send you essential service communications relating to your enquiry.

8. Cookies & website analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, measure traffic and understand how the site is used. We may also record technical information such as your IP address, device and browser details, and the marketing source of your visit. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although some features may not work properly if cookies are disabled.
